Design Lead

We prefer that you have a degree in engineering, electronics, software or equivalent. Through your good understanding of systems and software development, you will specialize in a feature and learn everything about how this works. We would like you to have experience with working with customers and are used to running task force-like activities.

To succeed in the role, we prefer that you also have about 5 years of work experience in system development and good knowledge of English and Swedish in spoken and written terms. We regard it as a prerequisite if you have worked as a technical project manager and developer for embedded systems. Leadership experience and experience from the automotive industry are also seen as highly credible.

You also have pondus and can stand for your cause while you are responsive and strive to maintain good relationship As a technical leader (Design Lead) at Veoneer, you will drive, plan and follow up on product development for our vision products in one or more of our development projects, where you will have the ultimate technical responsibility. Your role is to ensure that our customers' requirements and needs are realized so that the product's function and quality are optimized both technically and strategically. You will work closely with Project management, system engineers, software developers, production, test teams and our external customers to actively push the development forward.
