You get the chance to build: validate and prototype new initiatives, products, or business lines inside VARM, with real ownership from day one
You operate with founder-level autonomy – defining problems, testing hypotheses, and deciding what's worth scaling – while drawing on VARM's resources, data, and network
You work closely with the CEO and founding team, translating ambiguous opportunities into structured projects with clear outcomes
Dein Profil
You bring 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment, consulting, investment banking, or VC – for example as a Strategy Consultant, Management Consultant, Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, VC Analyst/Associate, Founder's Associate, Business Analyst, Business Operations Manager, or Project Manager
Alternatively, you bring at least 2 years of experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, or Managing Director of your own company – whether it scaled, exited, or taught you hard lessons
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a proactive, hands-on mindset
You communicate fluently in both English and German, written and verbal, and can convey complex ideas concisely to different audiences
You thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and are a self-starter with a high sense of ownership, strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
You are passionate about contributing to our goal of energy-efficient buildings and a sustainable future
