Responsibilities Responsible for the management of fully automated production lines

Continuous improvement projects to increase productivity

Predictively identify and address possible production bottlenecks in a timely manner

Coordinate resources to achieve daily production goals

Continuous improvement of staff operation efficiency and quality

Coordinate cross-departmental improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.

Assist in implementing the department's long-term planning.

Qualifications Graduated from a related department of science

Undergraduate, Master's, and fresh graduates are welcome

Enjoy the managerial role and coordinate relative parties

Enjoy communication

Self-demanding and committed to innovative ways to get work done

Those with related work experience can apply for senior positions 

Able to commit shift work
