Promotion Planner, Spaudos g. 6-1, Vilnius

In this role, you will drive category performance by planning and optimizing commercially effective promotions, analyzing their impact, and collaborating with suppliers to secure good terms.

If you have:

Higher education in Economics, Business Management or another related field; At least 2 years of experience in retail, promotion planning, buying or category management; Good skills in negotiations, analytics, planning and time-management; Ability to work independently, very good communication and interpersonal skills; Active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done; Ability to manage stressful situations and effectively solve problems; Very good MS Excel skills (experience working with SAP/BW - advantage). Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

We will entrust You:

Plan and execute promotions in assigned categories; Contribute to category management plan and promotion strategy; Analyze the performance of promotions against the set target; Negotiate with suppliers within assigned categories; Manage marketing service income according to the target; Keep up with the latest market trends in consumer preferences for the assigned categories; Proactively identify improvement possibilities within your area of responsibility.

Compensation:

Salary for this position is 2900 - 3500 EUR gross per month. The salary will depend on the candidate’s competencies, experience, and skills relevant to the position.
