mover helper

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently move furniture and other items for residential and commercial clients
• Pack, load, and unload items with care to prevent damage
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
• Operate forklifts or other equipment as needed for moving larger items or heavy loads
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries

-Operate and drive trucks ranging from 9' cargo vans to 26' moving trucks

Experience:

• Previous experience in the moving industry is preferred but not required
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Familiarity with operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is beneficial
• Commercial driving experience may be required for certain positions

Skills:

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the workday
• Attention to detail to ensure items are packed, loaded, and unloaded correctly
• Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
