Clinic & Patient Experience Manager

A leading Hair Transplant & Aesthetic Clinic in Mohandeseen is looking for an experienced Clinic & Patient Experience Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality patient experience. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic

Supervise the patient experience and front desk teams

Ensure smooth patient flow and appointment management

Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally

Develop and improve clinic processes and service standards

Monitor team performance and provide coaching when needed

Prepare operational reports and recommendations for management

Requirements: Bachelor's degree

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in clinic management, healthcare, customer experience, hospitality, or operations

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
