About this vacancy
As a Calibration Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing and calibrating control parameters within vehicle powertrain systems. Your work ensures that vehicles meet performance, efficiency, emissions, and drivability targets. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams working in the fields of Mechatronics and Control Engineering. In this role, you will use engineering tools such as MATLAB and Simulink to analyze system behavior and optimize control strategies. As part of TMC, you will work as an Employeneur, combining the security of employment with the mindset and ownership of entrepreneurship.
What we expect from you
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with vehicle control systems and calibration processes
- Familiarity with model-based development and control strategies
- Experience with engineering tools such as MATLAB/Simulink is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
Based in Europe required; Netherlands-based candidates preferred.
