M&E Coordinator

Job Description:

Assist Project Manager in supervision and coordination of all MEP services and complete within the program

Liaise with clients and consultants on work progress

Attend progress/site/MEP meeting

Understand the main contract and sub-contract requirement

Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines

Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval

Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings

Ensure testing and commissioning are done on time

Ensure good quality of works on site

Job Requirements:

Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification

Minimum 3 years in Singapore construction projects

Positive attitude and a team player

Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
