Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies. Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms. Manage supplier relationships and performance. Develop supplier evaluation and performance frameworks. Ensure procurement compliance and transparency. Monitor procurement budgets. Review purchase orders and procurement documentation. Conduct market intelligence and price benchmarking. Identify cost-saving opportunities. Manage procurement risks. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Logistics. Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. CIPS/CPSP or other recognized procurement certification is an advantage. 4+ years' procurement experience. Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills. Knowledge of procurement regulations and contract management. Strong analytical and commercial abilities. ERP/procurement software experience is an advantage.
