Lunchtime supervisor

Poole The Supply Register are currently recruiting for a Lunchtime Supervisor to work within a school in Poole , starting as soon as possible. The Role: Location: Poole

Hours: 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Monday to Friday

1 hour per day

Immediate start

Temporary opportunity

The successful candidate will support the school during the lunchtime period, helping to ensure pupils are safe, supervised and supported throughout lunchtime and playtime. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential

Confident and approachable manner

Good communication skills

Reliable and punctual

Able to work effectively as part of a school team

A positive attitude towards supporting children

School experience is desirable but not essential

Safeguarding & Compliance Requirements: As this role is based within a school, all candidates must meet our safeguarding and compliance requirements, including: Minimum of 2 employer references covering the previous 24 months

If you have not previously worked with children, 3 references will be required

Any employment gaps must be supported by a professional character reference

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is highly desirable , particularly due to the immediate start

Candidates without an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service must be willing to obtain a new Enhanced DBS

Right to Work documentation

Two proofs of address – utility bill/bank statement dated within the last 3 months, or council tax statement dated within the last 12 months

Proof of National Insurance

Proof of any name changes, where applicable

Overseas Police Check where required for candidates who have lived/worked outside the UK for more than 6 months

Completion of all mandatory online training courses provided by The Supply Register
