Pre-Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager to lead the planning and mobilisation of major energy and power generation projects in Glasgow. You will coordinate early design, procurement strategy, cost planning, programme development and risk management, working closely with clients, consultants and delivery teams. The successful candidate will bring strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a proven background in construction or infrastructure project management. This is a hybrid, full-time permanent opportunity offering a salary of £75,000 to £85,000, with clear scope for professional development and progression.
