People Development Specialist SVRG.id | PT Republik Svarga Indonesia SVRG.id is looking for a proactive and people-oriented People Development Specialist to support employee growth, improve performance, and build a strong learning culture across the company.

Job Responsibilities

1. Identify employee training needs and develop effective training and development programs.
2. Plan, organize, and conduct employee training, workshops, and onboarding programs.
3. Develop and implement Individual Development Plans (IDP) and employee career development programs.
4. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and employee development progress.
5. Support performance management, competency assessments, and employee evaluations.
6. Develop competency frameworks, training materials, and career development paths.
7. Work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and improve team performance.
8. Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs.
9. Prepare regular reports on training activities, employee development, and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in People Development and Learning & Development (L&D).
3. Experience in developing and delivering training programs, competency assessments, and employee development initiatives.
4. Good understanding of performance management, competency mapping, and career development.
5. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Able to analyze training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
7. Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with different departments.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
9. Experience in a growing company or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
