Overview We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Your tasks

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines
• Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring prompt service
• Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about menu items, and suggest drink pairings
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards
• Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
• Assist in setting up for events or special occasions as required

Requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Squirrel or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Hospitality mindset with a friendly demeanor and teamwork-oriented attitude
• Must be at least 19 years old

• Serving: 1 year (required)
