PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing process service line operations, ensuring quality checks, compiling accurate customized reports, and managing project schedules and specifications to drive efficient production outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct quality checks at workshop and production sites to ensure compliance with process standards Communicate effectively with Owners and Superintendents to coordinate project requirements and progress Manage time efficiently and work independently to meet production deadlines Implement cost-saving measures to optimize project budgets and resource use Lead and manage project operations, including scheduling and adherence to specifications Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors to support operational goals Required competencies and certifications Minimum 5 years of experience in the process industry Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to compile reports and manage documentation Ability to work overtime to meet project demands Strong coordination skills to align team and project activities Capability to work safely at heights as required by job tasks
