You’re not a classic engineer, and you’re not a classic seller; you will design and operate the systems that power our revenue engine and own metrics around increasing sales efficiency.   YOU WILL - Architect intelligent alert systems that notify sales teams of high-intent signals, and facilitate optimal engagement. - Build automated revenue systems using AI, data enrichment, and workflow automation across BD, Sales and CS challenges. - Create and maintain scalable GTM data pipelines that pull from enrichment and intent sources into systems like HubSpot, Clay, and Snowflake. - Run experiments end‑to‑end from hypothesis and design to implementation and measurement. Turn winning ideas into robust, repeatable systems.     JOINING US WILL BE A GREAT DECISION IF YOU - Like to think in systems before you think in tools, and instinctively zoom out to see how signals, workflows, and people connect across the entire funnel. You are a hybrid: part commercial thinker, part builder. - Get energy from sitting close to the business: you care that your work shows up in the pipeline, meetings, and revenue. - Enjoy working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product, translating between technical details and commercial outcomes.   YOU WILL MAKE OUR DECISION EASY IF YOU HAVE - Have technical fluency, commercial bias, curiosity, and an experimental mindset. - Strong understanding of API integrations, data pipelines, and event flows across a modern B2B SaaS GTM stack and familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Snowflake (or strong equivalents), and the ability to reason about how they should fit together. - A deep understanding of B2B sales motions (especially for complex, multi‑stakeholder deals) - Have engineering experience working with complex technologies, varied datasets, and building data-driven productivity solutions with AI.   OUR OFFER - The opportunity to define and scale GTM engineering at a company that facilitates how leading banks, insurers, and fintechs use AI agents to transform credit, fraud, and compliance workflows - and the chance to shape how we tell that story. - Close collaboration with operators who care deeply about building reliable, safe, and high‑leverage AI systems for the real economy. - Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and benefits tailored to our office locations (e.g., Berlin, London, New York). - A culture that values clear thinking, ownership, and high standards, and that gives you the autonomy to ship systems that move the numbers.
