Accounting Officer (English Speaking)

Your tasks

Responsible for the full cycle of the company's accounting operations, ensuring that all financial records, tax filings and reports are accurate, timely and compliant with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and Thai tax law. The position works closely with management, foreign shareholders and external auditors, and therefore requires good communication skills in English.

1. Prepare withholding tax certificates (Form 50 Tawi) accurately for every applicable payment to vendors, service providers and employees, and deliver them to payees on time.
2. Prepare and file monthly withholding tax returns P.N.D.3, 53, 53 and PP 30 (and P.P.36 where applicable) via the Revenue Department e-Filing system within the statutory deadlines
3. Reconcile withholding tax payable and creditable withholding tax accounts with the general ledger every month
4. Record day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and petty cash.

5.Verify invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness before posting.

3. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

1. Thai nationality, any gender, aged 25 – 40 years.
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
3. Able to speak and communicate in English fluently in daily work (required).
4. At least 3 – 5 years of experience in a full-cycle accounting role; experience in a multinational or foreign-owned company is an advantage.
5. Hands-on experience issuing withholding tax certificates (50 Tawi) and filing P.N.D. returns via Revenue Department e-Filing is required.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Microsoft Office.
7. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
