Commercial Account Executive - Inherit a book

Salary: Flexible dependent on experience Package: £6,000 car allowance, generous bonus and share scheme Location: Warrington - flexible working

This role comes with an established cross-class commercial book producing upwards of £200,000 in income , so you will have clients to work with from the outset.

The book covers a broad range of commercial business, including:

• Professional Indemnity
• Fleet
• Motor Trade
• Commercial Combined
• Smaller commercial clients through to accounts paying £100,000-£200,000 GWP

The majority focus for this role is to nurture and maintain the book of clients, with a small and realistic growth target. It is a sensible target for the size of the book and leaves plenty of time to look after existing clients properly.

A share scheme is available and is linked to the size and retention of the book. As a guide, a £250,000-income book could result in around £20,000 in shares, which can be cashed in after the qualifying period.

Although the role is office-based, you will be trusted to flexibly manage your own diary and arrange your week around client meetings.

A good fit for an experienced Account Executive who wants an existing book, manageable targets and room to get on with the job.
