Stratan Inc. is a growing transportation company specializing in Open Deck, Step Deck, RGN, and Heavy Haul freight across the United States. We are looking for a motivated and organized Dispatcher to join our operations team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in keeping our drivers moving safely and efficiently while providing outstanding support throughout every trip.
What we are looking for?
- Strong English and computer skills
- Track all trucks throughout the day and reporting (empty,loaded,off,shop..)
- Update the TMS accurately
- Communicate with drivers
- Communicate with brokers
- Search for available loads and offer it to me
- Manage documentation
- Keep tracking of cases where errors where committed
- Verify pickup/delivery appointments, call shippers/receivers
- Perform check calls/emails
