Junior Customer Service and Logistics Specialist

About the company

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service and Logistics Specialist to join Stora Enso Packaging Lithuania unit Supply Chain team. We are recruiting for a fixed term position based in Kaunas, Lithuania. We apply hybrid/onsite way of working.

Your tasks

• accurate preparation and processing of customer orders;
• timely and accurate entry of customer data;
• informing customers about due dates, changes, and other relevant updates;
• close communication and collaboration with other departments;
• management of internal communication content, translation editing, and support of company branding activities.

Requirements

We are looking for a person, who have experience in customer service field and has ability to maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues. To succeed in this role, you should be goal-driven, with the mindset of meeting and exceeding targets given to you. You have high sense of accuracy, responsibility and you don’t mind following internal procedures. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team will benefit you in this position. You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, English and preferably in Russian.

2200-2300 €/mon. gross
