Senior/Staff Engineer, Test Process Engineering (OSAT) (13759)

YOUR ROLE  Responsible as EWS/FT test operation interface for OSATs across South-East Asia. Drive EWS/FT new product introduction and fulfil NPI requirement. Drive yield improvement activities. Drive test firewall in OSATs. Execute test capacity expansions (tester/handler/hardware). Implement best practices and process across OSATs. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Relevant Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor test manufacturing (EWS/FT). Understanding of test process & equipment operation. Good problem-solving skillset. Good written and communication skills.
