Job Description

We are seeking two skilled Carpenters to join our team. This role involves hands-on maintenance and repair work across multiple properties, supporting the day-to-day operations of our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general maintenance and repair works across residential and commercial properties.
  • Perform installation and fitting tasks including doors, flooring, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify repair or maintenance needs.
  • Complete repairs such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and upkeep of interiors and exteriors.
  • Respond to tenant maintenance requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialised works when required.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any major issues.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
  • Strong practical and manual skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Desirable:

  • Good communication skills
  • Competency in problem solving, time management, and priority planning
  • Experience across residential and/or commercial properties
  • Basic knowledge of multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, general repairs)

Annual Remuneration

from €47,000 per year
