Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager at our *Heartalnd Town Centre Mississauga* to oversee our store operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a working Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring that our store meets its sales goals while providing an outstanding shopping experience.

*Responsibilities*

• Oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage cash handling procedures, including deposits and reconciliation of cash registers.
• Develop and implement budgets to maximize profitability while controlling costs.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
• Provide training and support to staff on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of products.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
