Job Summary

Deliver engaging robotics and coding lessons to children aged 6–17, support programme growth through parent engagement and sales, and contribute to curriculum development and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver hands-on robotics and coding lessons tailored to children aged 6–17 to foster learning and engagement
• Adapt lesson content and teaching pace to accommodate different age groups and learning abilities
• Manage classroom environments to ensure safety, positivity, and active participation
• Track and report student progress to parents to support learning outcomes
• Conduct trial classes, open houses, and demo sessions to attract prospective families
• Explain programme features to parents and convert enquiries into enrolments
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to encourage re-enrolment and referrals
• Assist in developing and improving lesson materials and curriculum to enhance programme quality
• Maintain robotics kits and classroom equipment to ensure readiness and functionality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or related field
• Basic robotics knowledge (e.g., LEGO Education, micro:bit, or similar platforms)
• Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Scratch, block-based coding, or Python) is advantageous
• Experience in teaching, tutoring, coaching, or sales is beneficial
• Comfortable with sales conversations or motivated to develop sales skills
• Availability to work on weekends when required
• Enjoys working with children and demonstrates patience and encouragement
• Confident communication skills and professional appearance

Other Information

• Salary range: $4,000 – $5,000 per month, depending on experience
• Location: Bukit Timah
