Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Estimation Engineer role based in Giza. The Estimation Engineer will prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for aluminum and glazing projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications and designs. Responsibilities include analyzing technical drawings and tender documents, conducting material and labor cost analysis, and coordinating with design, production, and procurement teams to validate estimates. The role involves supporting bid preparation, participating in client and supplier discussions on pricing and technical clarifications, and updating estimation databases and cost benchmarks. The Estimation Engineer will also assist in value engineering, monitor project cost performance against estimates, and contribute to continuous improvement of estimation processes.

Candidates should possess strong project estimation skills, including Project Estimation and BOQ preparation.

Candidates should possess relevant technical background skills, such as Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Candidates should possess analytical and research skills, including the ability to perform market Research and cost analysis.

Candidates should possess interpersonal and commercial skills, including effective Negotiation and clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering.

Experience 5-7 years in aluminum, glazing, or construction industry estimation is highly beneficial.

Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation or costing software; familiarity with CAD drawings is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work accurately under deadlines on-site in Giza.
