Manager of Group Audit Team

Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Manager of Group Audit Team?   SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Monitor the current operations of agricultural companies, assess risks, and develop an audit implementation plan

Conduct financial and operational audits by reviewing accounting records, invoices, contracts, procedures, and other relevant documentation

Analyze the effectiveness of current systems, assess fraud prevention opportunities, and ensure compliance with legal regulations

Coordinate the collection, organization, analysis, evaluation, and documentation of information obtained during audit inspections

Conduct investigations and inquiries regarding potential financial leakage or fraud

Prepare and present clear and comprehensive internal audit reports that identify root causes of key deviations, propose practical solutions, and provide valuable recommendations to management

Provide timely and appropriate information to management on significant risks related to internal control and their potential impact

Coordinate follow-up actions aimed at resolving previously identified issues and eliminating deficiencies found during the audit process

Participate in staff development and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Perform and coordinate other functions related to the division’s processe

Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of generally accepted auditing standards and risk assessment practices

Solid understanding of accounting, tax, and labor legislation

Proficiency in internal control systems

Experience in preparing and analyzing audit documentation and reports

Ability to review, analyze, and evaluate data from multiple sources

Excellent command of MS Office and accounting software (ArmSoft)

Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian (written and verbal)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational abilities and effective time management

Proven leadership and team guidance capabilities

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills

High adaptability, proactiveness, and strong discipline
