Deliver customer service through online and phone support

Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved  

Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments

Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests

Inform customers about deals and promotions. 

Good knowledge of English, other languages are a big plus

Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner

Curiosity and interest in digital products and applications

Strong communication and organizational skills

High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment.
