Store Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the store.

Lead, train, and motivate the store team.

Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance.

Ensure excellent customer service.

Manage stock, displays, and store organization.

Prepare and follow up on daily/weekly sales reports.

Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager .

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily store operations.

Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Previous retail experience is required.
