Engineer

Responsibilities To manage facility operations by implementing quality standards and procedure for preventive and corrective maintenance works To lead facility team comprising technical officers, supervisors, technicians, and service providers To provide advisory and troubleshooting for technical difficulties and recommend corrective actions to take To analyse maintenance data and manage performance of service providers in their service delivery To advise on maintenance and repair scope of works to client where necessary To work with safety officer to review compliance on regulatory and organisational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering He / She should possess strong technical knowledge in building and M&E maintenance and is capable of leading the facilities team to meet client’s expectations and service levels.
