Job Summary The Quality Assurance Engineer supports Grover Precision's quality management system and ensures compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards. This hands-on role partners with Engineering and Operations to drive quality improvements, support audits, resolve quality issues, and deliver high-quality products to customers.
What We Offer Annual salary range of $93,600 - $156,000 , depending on experience and qualifications
First-shift schedule, Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts with a flexible start time between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM)

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working within ISO-certified quality systems (AS9100 and/or ISO 13485 preferred)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
Experience with root cause analysis, SPC, and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities and Scope Maintain and improve Grover's Quality Management System (QMS)
Lead internal audits and support customer and certification audits
Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry quality standards
Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions
Partner with Engineering and Operations to improve processes and product quality
Support new product development, inspection methods, and continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as a key contact for customer quality concerns
Travel Requirements Domestic and international travel may be required a few times per year to support customers, company operations, and collaboration with Grover's parent company and global partners.
