- Manage the full month-end closing process and ensure accounts are closed accurately and on time.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Handle daily accounting transactions, including AP, AR, payments and receipts.
- Manage company procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, comparing prices, issuing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations, orders, invoices and payment matters.
- Maintain proper accounting and purchasing records.
- Assist in cash flow monitoring, budgeting, audit and tax-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting and procurement procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
