Screen Fabricator

What You’ll Do Prepare and fabricate screens to meet detailed job specifications

Support production by troubleshooting screen-related issues and reducing downtime

Read and interpret job tickets to ensure accuracy and quality

Reclaim screens and handle materials according to environmental standards

Respond to press calls and work closely with production teams

Monitor schedules to prioritize screen preparation

Track quality and production output data

Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures

Rotate responsibilities to build skills and support the team

What You Bring Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read and interpret job specifications

Strong attention to detail

Understanding of safety practices and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in screen printing or fabrication

Familiarity with ERP systems

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
