About the company
SEMAIA is a Bali-based end-to-end design and development studio, creating considered spaces that are rooted in place and made to last. We work on a select number of high-end residential projects, taking a bespoke approach to each — from finding the right land through to architecture, interiors, construction and completion. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team and help tell the story of SEMAIA — our projects, our process and the thinking behind what we do.
Your tasks
- Planning and managing SEMAIA’s social media content calendar
- Creating and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms
- Capturing photo and video content across our projects and construction sites
- Creating engaging Reels, Stories and short-form video content
- Writing captions and developing content around our projects, design process and expertise
- Working with our photographers, videographers and design team to turn project updates into compelling content
- Community management and responding to comments/messages
- Monitoring content performance and identifying opportunities to improve reach and engagement
- Keeping on top of relevant social, design and property trends without compromising SEMAIA’s brand identity
Requirements
We’re looking for someone creative, visually driven and proactive, with a strong understanding of social media and an eye for architecture, interiors, design and lifestyle content.
- Previous experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing
- Strong visual taste and an understanding of premium/luxury branding
- Confident photo and video capture skills
- Strong short-form video editing skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite and content planning tools
- Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of content
- An interest in architecture, interiors and design is a big plus
- Based in Bali
