This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and engaging individual who is passionate about supporting children's development. You will be supporting pupils across KS1 , working both 1:1 and in small groups to help children engage with learning, build confidence, and make progress. The role requires someone who is confident supporting pupils with additional needs , including those with behavioural needs .
