As part of this new team, we are looking for a driven Global Inventory Specialist with great communication skills to take part in developing our business and, at the same time, grow with it. The location for this position is in Svedala.

Your mission – Managing inventory to improve efficiency and customer service As Global Inventory Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating and integrating the flow of materials and information among our suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers. You conduct, analyze and oversee the strategy of our supply chains, where you identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency and capability. And as you develop and implement designs, models and processes you ensure compliance with our business. Managing our inventory is an important part of your work – you define and monitor inventory levels and locations and you develop and execute our inventory plan. Additionally, you monitor KPIs, ensure customer service and enable a global operation regarding inventory levels and optimized supply based on demand patterns, while at the same time maintaining great communication with our stakeholders.

Your character – An informative and strategic challenger We are looking for someone with a degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent experiences gained from work. You have at least three years’ experience of Inventory Management and you understand manufacturing and supply for manufacturing, such as supply chains, production planning and forecasting. An APICS certification is considered advantageous, as is knowledge in M3. As we operate in an international setting, you have excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, while skills in Swedish are advantageous.
