Developing our work and processes to better meet the overall inventory targets and customer expectations, we are currently initiating a new function within Global Inventory Management. We are now looking for a driven Global Inventory Manager to join us on our journey of building a successful and efficient organization. The location for this position is Svedala, and some travel is a natural part of your job.

Your mission – Building and managing a team of professionals who can optimize our supply chain Within Global Inventory Management, our goal is to minimize the lead time to customers, reduce Net Working Capital, and optimize resource utilization, with an intact high delivery accuracy. As Global Inventory Manager, you are overall responsible for planning the global inventory within a designated area. And as you lead the department, you are responsible for developing an inventory plan in alignment with our inventory strategy and the overall Global Sales and Operations Plan – enabling and securing an optimized end-to-end supply chain. In addition, you create, develop and follow up on KPIs for the department and areas of responsibilities, and you work to optimize inventory levels while considering the commercial impact. Developing and maintaining our inventory management systems are also important parts of your responsibility.

In compliance with our goals and needs of the business, you continuously develop the department in collaboration with your team and you work in cooperation with other related areas of the business and stakeholders. By identifying and understanding the customer experience, you drive improvements when it comes to order fulfilment and lead-time reduction. As a role model for your department, you also work to build strong relationships with Planning, Procurement, Production and other key stakeholders to ensure development and a stable network for the inventory team.

Your character – An inspiring leader with true business acumen We are looking for someone with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Service Management, as well as M3 training or knowledge of similar ERP systems. Additional leadership training is also considered advantageous. To succeed in this position, we also believe you have at least five years’ experience of managing inventory in a complex environment, preferably also from an international company. As we operate in an international setting, you have excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, while skills in Swedish are advantageous.
