Your character – An experienced and engaging leader with a proactive approach We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree or higher within Finance of Business Economics. You have at least seven years’ experience from Finance in a manufacturing environment, whereof at least three years is managerial experience involving transformation/change management. You have proven leadership skills and thorough knowledge of financial and business accounting and reporting; solid experience in manufacturing cost accounting, including cost allocations; and solid understanding of local tax regulations and international transfer pricing models. Expertise in production supply chain processes and plant risks are considered advantageous. Excellent MS Office and consolidation software skills, as well as complete ERP (preferably M3) system and reporting software skills are also needed, as is solid knowledge of local GAAP and/or IFRS. Good skills in written and verbal English are required in this position, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.

To manage and drive a successful finance organization, in an environment with high financial complexity, we are now looking for an experienced, coaching and hands-on Manager for the position as Finance manager & Head of Production Unit Controlling. With responsibility for the full financial spectrum, this is a good opportunity for someone who wants to combine their passion for finance with their skills as a transformative manager to lead our Finance team to success.

Your challenge – reaching goals and embracing possibilities In this position, you are a member of our Site Management team as well as the board of directors for the legal entity and you lead our Finance team at the Production Unit in Svedala with responsibility for business controlling, production controlling and financial accounting. This includes preparation of all financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, internal control, and reports required by product areas and regulatory agencies. You also handle the monthly closing process, in which you actively participate by validating reports, approving entries and reconciling all financial flows.

You are responsible for ensuring that the finance processes and key priorities are maintained in an efficient and proactive way, by continuously improving our financial processes and supporting the rest of the management team. As a member of the Management Team, it is crucial that you understand business, financial and environmental drivers. By leading and motivating our skilled finance team, you guide them in best practices and hand them the tools to develop and grow. An additional responsibility is to manage the real estate and facility team, which secures that buildings and other facilities are managed in a professional way.
