HEAD INTERNAL AUDIT

The Internal Audit Head leads the company’s internal audit activities to ensure effective controls, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role oversees audits, identifies risks and process gaps, recommends improvements, and provides management with clear and objective audit findings and recommendations.

Qualifications/Requirements: Must be Certified Public Accountant (CPA) At least 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, accounting, or compliance, with managerial or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, audit procedures, and financial and operational processes. Proven experience in planning and leading financial, operational, and compliance audits. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent report writing and communication skills. High level of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and develop an audit team. Willing to conduct branch/site audits and field assignments as needed.
