Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner
• Orders materials and equipment and take care of the necessary permits
• Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting contractors.
• Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
• Accomplishes construction project results by dening project purpose and scope.
• Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
• Prevents nes and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures

Requirements

• Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS).
• Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.
• Liaise with QS to monitor work schedule and claim or VOs.
• Manage issues on site and resolve them.
• Report to Project Manager on site matters and progress of work.
