About the Client: A Dubai-based design and build contractor specializing in luxury landscaping, swimming pools, water features, and bespoke outdoor solutions for premium residential and commercial projects.

Job Description: • Manage quantity surveying and cost control for landscaping, swimming pools, water features, and related works. • Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, tenders, pricing, and commercial proposals. • Manage variations, claims, valuations, payments, subcontractor certifications, and final accounts. • Conduct site measurements and prepare cost reports, cash-flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete analysis • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field. • Minimum 6 years of UAE QS experience, with direct experience in landscaping, swimming pools and related landscape works mandatory. • Experience in luxury villa landscaping, complex pool projects and knowledge of FIDIC are preferred. • Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; CostX/Candy or similar QS software is advantageous
