Role Description The Architect will contribute to the design and delivery of building projects, ensuring functional, sustainable, and visually compelling outcomes aligned with client requirements and REZA BUILD standards. This contract, hybrid role is based in Accra, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, producing drawings and design documentation, coordinating with engineers and construction teams, and supporting BIM/Revit-based workflows. The Architect will review technical details, participate in design reviews, provide input on materials and construction methods, and help resolve design and coordination issues during project execution. The role also involves managing design timelines, supporting project planning, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design documentation. Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools and BIM workflows, including familiarity with Revit or similar platforms. Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, task coordination, and basic schedule and resource management in a project environment. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with professional registration or progress toward licensure considered an advantage. Experience with BIM, CAD software, and 3D visualization tools, plus knowledge of local building codes, standards, and construction practices in Ghana. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work effectively in a hybrid setup combining site presence and remote work.
