F&B Guest Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests at the entrance and escort them to their tables, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Articulate menu options to guests, making recommendations and answering questions to enhance their dining experience. Host and engage guests while serving food and beverages, ensuring prompt and excellent service standards. Assist with wine decanting and provide wine service, offering expert knowledge and recommendations. Process food orders accurately and efficiently, operating a cash register and handling transactions. Replenish stocks, polish cutlery, and maintain a clean and organized dining area. Interact with guests, providing a warm and memorable experience, and ensuring all guests receive exceptional service.

Requirements: GCE O Level or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Crew in a fine dining environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a cheerful and positive personality.
