The Role

We're hiring a Social Media Manager who will be fully responsible for the growth of our pages. You'll own the strategy, the content calendar, and the numbers. You'll know how the algorithms work and use that knowledge to grow reach, engagement, and followers.

Our creative team produces the content. Your job is to work closely with them, so that every content post moves people closer to becoming clients and turns attention into enquiries and sales opportunities.

If you only schedule posts, this role is not for you.

If you only read analytics, this role is not for you.

What You'll Do

Own the growth of all Related Motion Studios social media pages Create and manage the content calendar across all platforms Work closely with the creative team, advising on content ideas, formats, and timing based on what performs Guide content that turns followers into enquiries, leads, and bookings Understand and work with platform algorithms to increase reach and engagement Track analytics, including how content converts into enquiries, and use insights to improve results Schedule and publish content across platforms Manage the community and respond to comments and messages Stay ahead of trends and apply them to our brand Make quick edits and adjustments to content using tools like Canva and CapCut when needed

What We Need From You

A degree (B.Sc., B.A., HND, or equivalent) in any field . We value proven results over your area of study Must live on the Island (Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, or Lekki) or be able to commute to our studio easily. Proven experience growing social media pages for a brand or creative business Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, analytics, and audience growth Understanding of how social content drives leads and sales Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with a creative team Confident with Canva, CapCut, and scheduling and analytics tools A portfolio or links to accounts you've grown, with the results you delivered (followers, reach, engagement, leads). No portfolio, no review. Reliability, speed, and ownership
