WSH Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to ensure alignment with Singapore WSH regulations and client requirements. Review and maintain critical safety documentation (RA, SWP, MS, and PTW) for high-risk work activities. Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices; implement root-cause corrective action plans. Oversee subcontractor safety compliance and proper PPE usage across all on-site operations. Lead daily toolbox talks, worker safety orientations, and continuous safety education programs. Prepare monthly HSEQ performance reports and support ISO audit processes to maintain compliance readiness. Requirement:

Min. 2 years' relevant experience as a WSH Coordinator or similar role. Registered WSHC preferred. WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) or equivalent HSE qualification. Work-at-Height, Metal Scaffold Erection, or First Aid certs advantageous. Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations; proficient in Google Workspace. Able to work independently and engage stakeholders at all levels.
