Location: Raffles Duration: 6 months Working Hours: Mon- Fri Office hours Job Scope: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Group Channels & Digitalization roles, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners Handle sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding Manage recruitment for Branch Digital Executive positions Advise stakeholders on hiring strategies, market insights and candidate selection Ensure recruitment activities comply with governance, licensing and regulatory requirements Deliver a professional candidate experience while supporting recruitment reporting and hiring KPIs Assist with other HR recruitment projects and duties as assigned Job Requirements:
