Customer Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand process requirements, support technology roadmaps, and provide technical solutions that enhance semiconductor manufacturing performance.

Perform equipment start-up, qualification, process matching, and troubleshooting activities to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Design and execute process experiments (DOE), analyze process data, and generate technical reports to support new installations, upgrades, and continuous process improvements.

Develop strong customer relationships by providing on-site technical support, training, and professional representation while ensuring compliance with safety and cleanroom standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, process engineering, or a related technical environment.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, process characterization, and experimental design (DOE).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage customers on technical matters.
• Comfortable working in a semiconductor fabrication (cleanroom) environment, supporting standby duties, and travelling overseas when required.
