Baro Bakery is looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our team!
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista is preferred
- Good knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation
- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (or at least able to communicate confidently)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure consistency in product quality
