Responsibilities As a Data Center Engineer, you will play a vital role in keeping critical infrastructure running seamlessly by performing the following key duties: Provide 1st level technical support for Data Centre colocation services. Monitor Data Centre infrastructure (power, cooling, etc.) and engage specialized teams in case of system failures. Diagnose and solve connectivity issues using Digital Transmission Analyzers (IP/OTN/SDH). Implement physical network connections (fibre and UTP patching) for customer service provision. Rack, stack, and configure IT equipment safely within the facility. Manage tickets, customer service requests, and site visitors' access and logistics (equipment storage, rack escorting). Deliver 1st level monitoring for core network devices, including firewalls, routers, and switches.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: To be a successful Data Center Engineer in this entry-to-early level role, you should possess the following qualifications: A Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field. Basic understanding of Networking technologies and fundamentals. Previous hands-on experience in technical or IT support will be considered a strong asset. Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Ability to work on a shift-based schedule. Valid car driving license. Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable).
