RØGHUS is looking for an organized and reliable Kitchen Manager to join our growing team in Flyverbyen, Amager.

ABOUT RØGHUS

RØGHUS is a Danish catering and food truck company with a love for food made with smoke and fire.

We are best known for traditional American BBQ and authentic Mexican-inspired food, but most importantly, we believe in making great food from scratch, using quality ingredients and taking pride in the craft behind everything we serve.

For us, RØGHUS is about more than food. It is about hospitality, creating great experiences and treating customers, colleagues and partners with respect. Currently, our business consists of catering and our food truck, and we are looking for the right person to take responsibility for the day-to-day organization of our kitchen.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As our Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for keeping the kitchen organized and running smoothly.

• Overall organization of the kitchen
• Cleaning routines and making sure our hygiene standards are maintained
• Staff scheduling
• General kitchen maintenance and keeping equipment and work areas in good condition
• Purchasing and ordering ingredients, supplies and other necessary goods
• Keeping track of stock and helping ensure that we have what we need for upcoming catering jobs and food truck events
• Helping create structure and good routines in a growing company
• Working closely with the rest of the RØGHUS team

Previous experience from a professional kitchen or a similar position is appreciated, but it is not a requirement.

For us, it is more important that you are organized, reliable and punctual, and that you take responsibility for your work. We are looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and enjoys creating structure around them.

You must be able to speak and write English fluently.

• Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
• Location: Flyverbyen, Amager
• Salary: Based on qualifications
