Printer Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Printer Maintenance Technician both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities to handle the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of printers and multifunction devices.

The role involves visiting clients at their company locations across Cairo and other areas to provide on-site technical support and ensure printers are functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot printer and multifunction device issues.
• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs for HP, Xerox, and other relevant printer brands.
• Handle both hardware and software-related printer problems.
• Conduct on-site visits to clients' companies to inspect and repair devices.
• Identify faulty components and replace parts when necessary.
• Ensure printers and multifunction devices are operating efficiently.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding printer usage and maintenance.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Previous hands-on experience in printer maintenance and repair.
• Good knowledge of HP and Xerox printers and multifunction devices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve different printer-related technical issues.
• Knowledge of printer hardware, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations across Cairo and outside Cairo when required.
• Ability to work independently and manage client visits.
