CUSTOMER SERVICE OCEAN EXPORT

Requirements :

1. Bachelors Degree in Sea Transportation Management.
2. Min. 1-2 years experience in Global Freight Forwarding company, especially in handling Ocean Export documents.
3. Strong knowledge about Ocean Export documents & shipping procedures (Invoice, PEB, Packing List, Manifest)
4. Fluent in English is a must.
5. Proficient in Ms. Excel and Good Communication skill.
6. Able to work as a strong team member, ambitious, hardworking and good analytical thinking.
7. Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.

Job Description :

1. Handle inquiries and quotations for ocean export shipments.
2. Provide rate information, shipping schedules, and routing to customers.
3. Process booking orders and update shipment status to customers.
4. Handle customer complaints and issues and provides an alternative solutions
